Glinda, Dahlia, Moora and Rosa, Witches of the South, West, East and North. Here's a few things about each character, and how I've twisted them from the original.

Glinda: Witch of the South, most powerful of all the witches. Power over fire, heat, etc. A 'Good' witch, supposedly, kind and fair to her own subjects, but her personality suggests otherwise. Vain, selfish, feels no compassion or remorse, terrible temper, violent, a warrior and war monger, power hungry. Younger sister of Dahlia.

Dahlia: Witch of the West, also very powerful, so much so she rivals Glinda. Power over darkness, though she has learned spells and obtained various talismans that give her control over animals in the West. Oppresses her people and keeps them enslaved in the West, but provides for them well enough. Cool, collected, very intelligent, loyal and just, proud, independent, wishes only to destroy Glinda, until Dorothy kills her best friend. The older sister of Glinda, who once threw caustic potion into Dalia's face which caused her 'ugly' appearence and coloring.

Moora: Witch of the East, third most powerful witch, though she strives to become stronger. Powers over wind, air, etc. Wild, destructive, reckless, almost certainly insane, sadistic and cruel, especially towards the Munchkins she rules over. Delights in causing pain and mayhem, it could be said she is the only truley 'Wicked' witch. Possessed the ruby slippers, before the tornado she created swept up the house that crushed her. She is also responsible for transforming the Tin Woodman, and her death is the sole reason Dahlia seeks to harm Dorothy. Daughter of Rosa.

Rosa: Witch of the North, least powerful of all the witches,a s her powers over cold and ice have become weak in her old age. Kind, compassionate, ditsy, a bit mad and senial, passive and peaceful, thus making her a rather useless witch. She is the Switzerland of Oz, ever peaceful, neutral and happy. She only wishes ill to evil doers (though she's entirley powerless to stop them) and is rather over joyed at the death of her daughter Moora.
